Is AI Concierge a chatbot?
No. It's a real person from our team who learns your business: two 1-hour calls a month, plus voice messages and email between calls. We use AI tools in the work, but you're paying for a person's judgment and follow-through.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need a real task, a willingness to try things, and access to the tools we choose together. The technical side is our job to simplify.
Do I need a paid AI account?
It depends on the workflow. We'll name any subscriptions and their cost before setup, and nothing new gets bought without your OK.
Will you build an agent or automation for us?
Light setup is part of Concierge. Bigger builds, like API connections, CRM integrations or hosted agents, get their own scope and quote.
Can training happen virtually?
Yes. Training works for one owner or a whole team, on Zoom or in person.
Do you have an office in my city?
Home base is Williamson County, in the Greater Austin area. The city pages show where we work. Most Concierge work happens on Zoom, and in-person training is planned around travel.
Do you guarantee savings or revenue?
No. We pick useful work, measure what actually changed, and tell you honestly. Anyone promising a number before they know your business is guessing.
What do I keep?
